Flote Energy Exchange

Thank you for your interest in the Flote Energy Exchange Program!

The Energy Exchange Program is for people who are passionate about floating and want to be more involved in the Flote community.

Our back end and cleaning positions require one shift per week (4-5 hours), with a minimum commitment of 3 months. This is not a volunteer position. Energy exchange staff must demonstrate respect, reliability and accountability. In exchange, you receive 1 float and 1 sauna a week, discounts on retail, as well as discounts and free workshops.

To be eligible for the Energy Exchange program you must...

• Commit to the position for at least 3 months

• Be a good human

• Posess a strong attention to detail

• Enjoy cleaning and folding

• Be dependable and punctual

• Have a love for all things floaty

Interviews are held on an individual basis based on availability and need. Please send us an email with your name, availability and which shifts ( Thursday 12-5, Friday 12-5, Saturday 12-5 and Sunday 12-5) that you are available for.
